Celebrating a birthday

1204_wine-toast2We celebrate an important birthday! Do you like to have a look at the menu? Voila:  onion rings, fried ravioli, hummus balls with black and white sesame to start; classic  and special whole polenta with creamed stockfish, various cheeses, porcini sauce and peppery stew;  chicory sprouts with eggfish sauce, Burmese carrot, artichoke gratin and roasted pumpkin with lemon breadcrumbs as sides. Last but not least, coconut truffles and spiced cooked fruit jelly with zabaione.
